The Coordinator Competence Center acts as the central role in the functional support of the HRP system, both for the projects, the fleet and the employees in the office. 

Responsible for dealing with the issues and providing training to project employees and fleet personnel.

As Functional Application Manager of the DM Competence Centre responsible for the proper day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Document Management application (OpenText eDOCS) and related processes.

Change consultancy in the IT service industry. Helping organizations in the private, public and social sector with change projects and process improvements. Design, develop and conduct training and workshops. 

Developed integrated Project Management Office and Microsoft Project training for Young Professionals.
